This document, together with the additional information available on (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) constitutes the Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “ToS”) in force between the user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “You” or the “User”) and Christian Louboutin Suisse SA (hereinafter referred to as “Christian Louboutin”). It governs the contractual relationship between You and Christian Louboutin in relation with any purchase made on or through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Transaction”). At the time of verification of your order by checking the box provided for this purpose and clicking the "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT" button, You hereby state that You fully and unconditionally accept these ToS.

Please read carefully the ToS before proceeding to any Transaction through the Site. You are bound by the version of the ToS that is in force at the time You submit an online form (hereinafter referred to as the “Form”) confirming Your intent to order products on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Order(s)”).

Christian Louboutin may at any time amend the ToS, without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to regularly check the ToS to remain informed of their latest amendments.

The delivery of the Orders will be possible only in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, FInland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland or the United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as the “Delivery Area”).

The Site is a secure online platform that allows Users to place an Order online and receive by mail the articles or goods offered for sale on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”).

The authoritative description of the Products is the description published on the Site at the time of the Order.

The images and the descriptions of the Products on the Site are provided for information purpose only on Christian Louboutin’s collection and their publication shall only constitute an invitation to make an offer.

By placing an Order, the User is making an offer to Christian Louboutin, which has the right but not the obligation to accept or reject the offer, at its sole discretion.

Your Order is subject to the availability in stock of the Product(s). Christian Louboutin does not guarantee the availability of the Products selected in your shopping bag.

You expressly acknowledge and accept that the Products with a CITES certificate are not available for Monaco, Norway and Switzerland (for more information, you can contact our Customer Service) and that consequently, orders for CITES Products placed for Monaco and/or Norway and/or Switzerland from another country are not possible.

The prices of the Products are indicated in Swiss Franc (CHF), Euro (€) or British pounds sterling (£), Danish kroner (DKK), or Czech koruna (CZK), Romanian leu (RON), Hungarian forint (HUF), Swedosh krona (SEK), Polish zloty (PLN), or Norwegian krone (NOK), all taxes included. The currency is automatically assigned according to the delivery address.

You understand and agree that Products may be subject to customs duties, postal, tax or any other additional costs to transport, import or deliver the Products in Your country of residence or delivery. These taxes are independent from Christian Louboutin’s control. You agree, if applicable, to fully bear these additional costs which will appear before You check the box related to the ToS and click on the “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT” button.

Products are available for Your personal use only and not for resale. By placing an Order on the Site, You warrant that You will use the Product for Your personal use only. Moreover, You may not purchase more than four (4) pairs of shoes and/or leather goods in total within thirty (30) days irrespective of whether it is in one (1) or several Orders, and three (3) beauty Products per Order.

You may place an Order via telephone or on the Site.

8.1 Placing an Order via telephone

You may place your Order via the telephone in French and English by calling the Customer Service from Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m and Saturday 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. (bank holidays excluded).

To place an order, you will need to provide the following information (“Order Details”):

- Product details: the name and/or reference number of your requested Product, the quantity required and, if applicable, the colour, size, material, finish and any other identifying information we require; and 

- Personal details: first name, last name, telephone number, email address, delivery address and if necessary, the billing address as well as the delivery method chosen.

We will tell you if the requested Product is available and, if so, the purchase price of the Product, the estimated delivery date and the estimated delivery charges. Please ensure that the Order Details you provide is correct as this information will appear on the shipping label. Incorrect information may result in the delay or loss of your Order. Christian Louboutin is not responsible for replacement or refund if the information you provided is incorrect.

If you choose to proceed with the Order, you will receive an email containing a link to an external payment platform. Click on the link to be redirected to the payment platform, where you will find the Order Price (“Order Data”). The payment link will be valid 2 hours after reception.

Once you have accepted these Terms and Conditions you can proceed with the payment for the Order by clicking on the “Pay” button.

The following means of payment are accepted via pay by link (subject to availability within the Delivery Area): VISA / MASTER CARD/ CB / PAYPAL / AMERICAN EXPRESS / APPLE PAY / iDeal.

Once the payment is made, you will receive an Order summary (“Order Summary”) via email including the delivery address, billing address, Order number, details of the Product(s) ordered and the Price. We recommend that you keep this email.

The Order Summary is not a confirmation of acceptance of your Order. Your Order is accepted by Christian Louboutin once we notify you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your Order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.

8.2 Placing an Order on the Site

To place an Order on the Site, You must fill out the Form and follow the instructions of the Site and agree to the ToS, Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the «ToU») and the privacy policy of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”).

When completing the form, You must specify the means of payment that will be used to complete the Transaction in response to Your Order, subject to acceptance by Christian Louboutin. Each Order is checked paying particular attention to the billing address, the delivery address and the credit card used.

The following means of payment are accepted by Christian Louboutin (subject to availability wihtin the Delivery Area):

  1. Visa
  2. American Express
  3. Master Card
  4. PayPal
  5. Apple Pay
  6. iDeal

We only accept credit cards of individuals (excluding company cards) residing at the billing address.

Billing information indicated in Your Order must correspond to the credit card holder. Christian Louboutin may contact the credit card holder directly if necessary for verification and ask him/her for additional information. Such verifications will extend the delivery time with two (2) additional business days. If this condition is not fulfilled and/ or Christian Louboutin fails to reach the holder of the credit card, Christian Louboutin reserves the right not to confirm Your Order.

Your credit card (or your Paypal account) will only be charged at the time of shipment of Your Order, after checking Your Personal data and upon receipt of the authorization provided by the issuing company and upon acceptance of Your Order by Christian Louboutin.

After submitting Your Form, You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email including a summary of the Order, the price of the Products, the date and time of the Order, the shipping fees, the taxes and custom duties and the mean of payment chosen by You. This acknowledgment of receipt of Your Order does not constitute acceptance of Your Order by Christian Louboutin.

The Transaction will be deemed concluded when Christian Louboutin will have confirmed its acceptance by sending You the Order shipment confirmation email. Christian Louboutin reserves the right not to confirm an Order, in particular, if there are reasons to suspect the User of placing an Order for resale purposes.

Any Order placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day.

If You wish to cancel or modify your Order before the shipment of Your Products, You may contact Christian Louboutin’s Customer Service as soon as possible at the phone number referred to in Article 1. Christian Louboutin will use its best endeavors to fulfill Your request. However, this request will be handled as a simple wish, which Christian Louboutin will handle in its sole discretion. Christian Louboutin cannot warrant that the Order will be canceled or modified upon Your request.

You also have the possibility to pre-order certain Products indicated as eligible for Pre-orders on the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Pre-Order(s)”).

You may pre-order only one (1) Product per Pre-Order. You may not simultaneously pre-order a Product and a Product eligible for immediate Order.

After submitting Your Form, You will receive by email an acknowledgment of receipt of Your Pre-Order including a summary of the Pre-Order, the price of the Product, the date and time of the Pre-Order, the amount of shipping charges, taxes and custom duties, and the chosen method of payment. This acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of Your Pre-Order by Christian Louboutin.

The Transaction shall be deemed concluded when Christian Louboutin has confirmed its acceptance by sending You the Pre-Order shipment confirmation email. Christian Louboutin reserves the right not to confirm a pre-Order in particular, if there are reasons to suspect the User of placing an Order for resale purposes.

A delay of several weeks is to be expected between the Pre-Order placement date and the shipment of the Product. In all cases, Christian Louboutin makes its best efforts to give the maximum information as to the dates of availability of the pre-ordered Product.

You may cancel Your Pre-Order at any time until its shipment.

To place an Order You must register on the Site to obtain an Account, that will allow You to benefit from the Services as described in these ToS and ToU.

Christian Louboutin will send You, upon shipment of Your Order, a shipment confirmation email which will contain Your tracking link.

To ensure the safety of Your Order, Christian Louboutin does not provide directly Your tracking number, but Your UPS’s tracking link.

The Products will be delivered, according to your preference, either to the shipping address specified in the Form for a delivery via UPS Standard or UPS Express, or to the address of the Access Point you have selected for a delivery via UPS Access Point. Please note that deliveries via UPS Access Point are not available for all Delivery Areas.

Shipping fees may apply based on the shipping method and Delivery Area. The applicable shipping fees will be communicated to you prior to the validation of your Order, during the selection of the shipping method.  

Shipping fees are available in Swiss Franc (CHF), Euro (€) or British pounds sterling (£), Danish kroner (DKK), or Czech koruna (CZK), Romanian leu (RON), Hungarian forint (HUF), Swedosh krona (SEK), Polish zloty (PLN), or Norwegian krone (NOK) and are automatically calculated in the currency of the delivery zone country specified in the form.

You agree and recognize that shipment’s options vary, depending on the Delivery Area where Your Order has to be delivered. Deliveries are only made by UPS. The recipient’s signature is always required.

In all circumstances, You will have access, through UPS’s interface, to the date of delivery of Your products scheduled by the carrier while shipping out Your Order.

At the time of delivery of Products, You are responsible for immediately verifying that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way whatsoever. Should the packaging be damaged, You shall be responsible for taking detailed pictures of the box and of the Products, for immediately reporting the alleged damage to the carrier in charge of delivery (hereinafter referred to as the “Carrier”) by expressly reserving Your rights upon delivery of the Products and for informing our Customer Service within three (3) days. It is mandatory to keep the parcel of your delivery for any future inquiries if needed.

In case of express reservation of Your rights under the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, with the Carrier and / or our Customer Service, an investigation will be opened with the Carrier and a reply will be sent to You within seven (7) business days.

In the absence of such express reservation of Your rights, delivery shall be considered as accepted by You and no dispute on the packaging shall be validly brought afterwards.

All Orders placed on the Site are sent with their original box and accessories (such as a dust bag, repair tap-heels for shoes if any, depending on the type of Product), and carefully packed.

Christian Louboutin offers You a free gift wrap with each Order, except for some of our beauty products which we do not offer this service for : Abracadabra La Palette, Rouge Louboutin SooooO…Glow, Lip Brush, Les Yeux Noirs Brow Definer and Les Yeux Noirs Oeil Velours. You can select this option free of charge at the beginning of the Order process.

If the Products are offered as a gift to a third person, You may add a personal message to the Order. This personal message will be printed on a dedicated note card. This option may only be selected during the Order process. You are solely responsible for the content of the message.

You will be asked to select this option and Your choice of wrapping paper style at the end of Your Order.

14.1 State of the product returned

Christian Louboutin may accept unused Products in their original condition and proceed to a refund if the original purchase receipt and its return authorization number are sent with the Product.

In addition, Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of Products that appear to have been used or have been damaged.

In particular, the red outsole of the shoes is fragile and shall remain unmarked and in its original condition. As long as you are not certain to keep Your shoes, You shall try them only on a clean and carpeted surface. The warning sticker must also remain in place on the red outsole until You are certain to keep them.

14.2 Return request

Within thirty (30) days from receipt of Your Order, You shall inform Christian Louboutin of Your wish to return the Product(s).

To do so, you can:

- either organize the collection of your parcel on the website in the "My account" section,

- or contact the Customer Service at the number mentioned in Article 1 in order to receive its authorization number and the UPS preprinted label by email.

You then have thirty (30) days to return the Products from the date on which you have informed Christian Louboutin of your wish to return the Product(s). Returns of Products beyond this deadline will not be accepted.

Online Orders cannot be returned in any of Christian Louboutin’s boutiques.

14.3 Return conditions

You will not bear the return shipping costs if You follow the return instructions included in the delivery box.

- You can arrange the pick-up by UPS at a convenient time for You between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday from Friday, except bank holidays).

- You must return the Product protected by the wrapping paper in its original parcel and original box, with all related accessories included when You opened the parcel, such as: shoe pouches, replacement tap-heels, warning-sticker on the front part of the red sole etc.

- Please print the email with the return authorization number and UPS label.

- Place the original box(es), the return authorization email and the original purchase invoice in the shipping parcel.

- In case You are returning a beauty Product (with the exception of fragrances, for which return is not allowed), place the EC red label sticker (which was provided with the delivery) on the outside of the parcel.

- Close properly the shipping parcel. Provide UPS with the parcel and the UPS sticker on the collection date scheduled with Christian Louboutin Customer Service.

You may also organize the return with the courier of your choice, under your responsibility, within thirty (30) days of informing the Client Service.

In addition, You agree to take particular care when packing the Product to be returned. If the returned Product has been damaged due to improper packaging, Christian Louboutin reserves the right to refuse its return.

Following receipt of Your Products in return, and provided that the return conditions are met, Christian Louboutin shall notify You by email that the total or partial refund of your Order is being processed. A credit shall then be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Christian Louboutin undertakes to ensure that high quality standards are continuously met in the manufacturing of all Products. Every Product is controlled before being shipped.

However, if Your Product shows any defect, please contact the Customer Service immediately, and no later than five (5) days from the date of delivery, at the following email address: [email protected].

In such case, You must indicate in Your email the alleged defect and join every supporting document (detailed photos of the Product, purchase date, number of the Order, etc.).

After considering these elements, Christian Louboutin reserves its right to recover the Product to conduct a physical investigation.

In case of a recognized defect, Christian Louboutin undertakes to either replace the defective Product to the extent of available stocks, or to either partially or fully refund the purchase price to You, depending on the nature of the defect.

Christian Louboutin reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late claim, a claim relating to normal wear and tear, a defect for which You are responsible, or which derives from the nature of the Product (certain Products might have some uneven parts and/or irregularities which are parts of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used).

Subject to possible liability arising from a defect as defined supra, Christian Louboutin shall only be liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct, whether in connection with the conclusion or performance of the Transaction or in connection with Your use of the Site.

The red lacquer of the soles wears out with the use of the shoes. This is not a manufacturing defect of the shoe, but a consequence of wear and tear arising from normal usage.

Christian Louboutin strongly recommends that You consult a professional in leather care or a shoemaker for specific care advice.

In order to keep Your Products in good condition, it is recommended to follow a general leather care as follows:

  • keep the leather area clean and dry using a dry soft cloth;
  • always store Your Products away from light and heat;
  • protect Your leather good from rain and moisture;
  • store Your Products in the Christian Louboutin dust bag provided to You when You are not using them;
  • avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.

The size information is included with the description of each Product. Christian Louboutin provides the informative chart below to help You find the perfect size.

Christian Louboutin sells its quality Products through the Site, its stores and authorized resellers.

Christian Louboutin cannot warrant that the goods purchased from other sources will not be counterfeit, tampered with, second-hand or from dubious origins.

All other sites – except the one described above - containing the name “CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN” in the top level domain (meaning the name of the domain name) are not authorized to sell Christian Louboutin products and may be selling counterfeited products. Christian Louboutin kindly asks You to check the list of our boutiques under the section “STORES” of our Site, or to check the list of authorized resellers.

To learn more about our anti-counterfeiting program, You may visit the site which is also edited by Christian Louboutin.

Christian Louboutin’s purpose is to provide You with comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. It is unfortunately not possible to warrant that a website is entirely free from human or technological errors. This Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may be linked to the price, availability, or information on Products. Christian Louboutin reserves the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an Order has been submitted, and to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice.

Christian Louboutin undertakes to maintain at all times the highest standards of security based on the state of the art (PCI-DSS, ISO, NIST).

Not only the Site does use TSL (Transport (2) – Socket Layer) encryption, but it is also reinforced with all of the various processes in order to provide the most effective protection possible for all sensitive payment information.

Christian Louboutin does not have any access to confidential information about the means of payment. Indeed, only its banking partner handles confidential information (card number, validity date, verification code) and these pieces of information cannot be reached by any third party.
