Your card will only be charged when the order is shipped. Please know that your bank will freeze the funds once the bank authorization has been accorded; however, no funds will be captured until the shipment.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return a product, you must inform Christian Louboutin within 30 days of the reception of your order, we provide you a prepaid return label.
To organize the return of your order, we invite you to go to My Account page or contact us from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6:30PM and Saturday 9AM to 6PM (GMT+1).
Christian Louboutin will only accept returns in their original condition and if the receipt and return authorization are sent back with the product.
We kindly ask our clients to please try on their shoes on a clean carpeted surface as the red sole is particularly delicate and under no circumstances should be marked when returned. The warning sticker must also remain on the sole and must not be removed until you are certain you will be keeping the product.
Please note that Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of fragrances, due to transport restrictions.
