- UPS Express Saver: next day delivery, orders placed before 4 p.m (GMT +1) (Mon-Fri) will be processed that day.
Please note that longer delivery times may occur depending on certain areas.
The delivery is also pending on order verification and availability of the products. Also, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by UPS.
If you wish to return a product, you must inform Christian Louboutin's online boutique within 30 days of the reception of your order.
Online Orders can NOT be returned at a Boutique.
A reimbursement will be done on the credit card used for the purchase.
Items must be returned in perfect condition. The red sole must be unmarked. Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of products that appear to have been used or have been damaged.
An exchange is possible subjected to stock availability. We invite you to contact us at 0800 048 2455 from Monday to Saturday 9AM to 7PM (GMT+1). No exchanges can be made with our physical boutiques.
