Deliveries are made by a single carrier, UPS, and for security reasons the recipient’s signature is required.
The delivery time and cost vary depending on the delivery option chosen.
- UPS Standard: Delivery within 3 or 4 business days.
- UPS Express: Delivery within 1 or 2 business days, orders placed before 4 p.m (GMT +1) (Mon-Fri) will be processed that day.
Certains regions and remote areas can be subject to delay (ex : Sardinia, Calabria, Sicily and Puglia).
Delivery times are estimated from when your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
The delivery is also pending on order verification and availability of the products. Also, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by UPS (ex : weather conditions etc.).
We are pleased to extend our cancellation period until January 6th, 2024, included for all orders placed from October 30th, 2023.
Online Orders can NOT be returned at a Boutique.
A reimbursement will be done on the credit card used for the purchase.
Items must be returned in perfect condition. The red sole must be unmarked. Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of products that appear to have been used or have been damaged.
An exchange is possible subjected to stock availability. We invite you to contact us at 0800 048 2455 from Monday to Saturday 9AM to 7PM (GMT+1). No exchanges can be made with our physical boutiques.
Please note that Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of socks for hygiene reasons.
