Due to a Bank Holiday, the Customer Service Christian Louboutin will be closed on December, the 31st 2020 and on January, the 1st 2021. Orders placed after 2:00 pm  (GMT+1) on December, the 30th 2020 will be processed from January, the 4th 2021, when normal hours will resume.

In order to receive your Christian Louboutin products on-time for Christmas Eve, we invite you to place your order no later than Thursday, December 17th 2020 by 2 pm (GMT +1) (Wednesday, December 16th 2020 for Switzerland) with UPS STANDARD. With UPS EXPRESS SAVER, orders can be placed until Tuesday, December 22nd 2020 by 2pm (GMT+1).

The delivery is also pending on order verification and availability of the Products. Also, we are not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by UPS.

Please note that all orders are subject to verifications - in particular the billing and shipping addresses and the means of payment. Christian Louboutin reserves all rights to request additional identification information, if necessary.


Such verifications can extend the delivery time for up to two (2) additional business days.

Deliveries are made by a single carrier, UPS, and for security reasons the recipient’s signature is required.

The delivery time and cost vary depending on the delivery option chosen. 2 options are currently available:

  • UPS Standard : Delivery within 3 or 4 business days
  • UPS Express Saver : Next day delivery (Mon-Fri)

Please note that longer delivery times may occur depending on certain areas.

Free returns.

We are pleased to extend our cancellation period until January 5th 2021 included for all orders placed from November 11th 2020.

You can either organize the collection of your parcel in the "My account" section or contact the Customer Service at 0800 392 30 - OPTION 2.

Online Orders can NOT be returned at a Boutique.

The Online Boutique does not offer exchange. A reimbursement will be done on the credit card used for the purchase.

Items must be returned in perfect condition. The red sole must be unmarked. Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of products that appear to have been used or have been damaged.
