If you wish to return a product, you must inform Christian Louboutin's online boutique until January 6th, 2025, included for all orders placed from November 6th, 2024.

To organize the return of your order, we invite you to go to MY ACCOUNT page or contact us from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6:30PM and Saturday 9AM to 6PM (GMT+1).

Please note that Christian Louboutin will not accept any return of fragrances, due to transport restrictions.
Online orders cannot be returned to any of Christian Louboutin’s boutiques. Detailed return instructions are included in the parcel.

Christian Louboutin will only accept returns in their original condition and if the receipt and return authorization are sent back with the product.
We kindly ask our clients to please try on their shoes on a clean carpeted surface as the red sole is particularly delicate and under no circumstances should be marked when returned. The warning sticker must also remain on the sole.
Therefore, Christian Louboutin will not accept any returned products that may appear to have been used or damaged.

We will proceed with the refund as long as the original invoice and return authorization number are sent with the product.

If you wish to return a product, you must inform Christian Louboutin until January 6th, 2025, included for all orders placed from November 6th, 2024,  either by following the below instructions or by contacting us from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6:30PM and Saturday 9AM to 6PM (GMT+1).

Please follow these steps to return your online order (except for beauty products):

  1. Log into your " Account". On the Orders page, find the order you would like to return and click on Create Return.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and identify a return reason. If prompted, provide additional details regarding the return in the comment field. (such as an exchange request).
  3. You will then be able to choose the place and date for the collection of your parcel. The pick-up of your parcel will be done by UPS at your preferred address and chosen date (except for week-ends and bank holidays). Please note that the pick-up will be done between 10am and 5pm and no shorter time slot will be possible.
  4. Once submitted, a return will be created and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address of choice. You can also download or send this email to another email address.
  5. Add the printed return authorization email as well as the original purchase receipt in your parcel.
  6. Stick the UPS label to your parcel; if using the original packaging be sure that the original label is fully removed or covered with the new one. Give your return parcel to the driver on the scheduled date of pick-up. We then invite you to ensure that the UPS driver scans your parcel to confirm the collection. For CH residents, please make sure to sign the proforma invoice and give the 3 proforma invoices to the driver.
  7. You can track your return on the UPS website www.ups.com with the tracking number indicated on the label after the mention "Tracking#".

Should you wish to return a beauty product (except for perfumes), please contact the Customer Service.

Products purchased online can only be returned to the online boutique. No exchanges or refunds can be made with our physical boutiques.

Yes, there is no restocking fee, and we happily provide you with a prepaid return label. If you have issues creating a return, please contact our team here. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery date; detailed return instructions are also included in your package.

We invite you to contact us from Monday to Saturday 9AM to 7PM (GMT+1). No retraction can be done in our physical points of sale. 

We won't accept the return of products appearing to be used or damaged.

In particular, the red soles on our shoes are fragile and must be returned in perfect condition. All shoes must be tried on a clean carpeted surface.

The plastic stickers are not a protective sticker and must not be removed until you are certain you will be keeping the product. If a pair is returned with a damaged red sole, Christian Louboutin reserves the right to refuse the return or to accept and subtract the cost of repair from the final refund total.

An exchange will be possible subjected to stock availability. 

We invite you to contact us at 0800 048 2455 from Monday to Saturday 9AM to 7PM (GMT+1). No exchanges can be made with our physical boutiques.

After receiving the returned products and provided that the return policy is respected, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

The refund will be made onto the same card used for the original purchase. Refunds can take 2 weeks following the reception and inspection of the parcel. Depending on your bank institution, the refund can take up to 10 additional days before being available in your account.

Christian Louboutin covers all return fees as long as the return policy is respected and the return is created via our website.

As long as the products are returned in their original condition without any wear or damage, we will refund the price of the returned products, minus the shipping fees.
