The highly pigmented, chip-resistant coverage and super glossy formula achieves in just two coats the effect of traditional lacquer.
Application:
1. Apply one coat of Base Coat and then let it dry for 2 minutes
2. Apply 2 coats of THE NOIRS NAIL COLOUR and then let it dry 2 minutes
3. Apply one coat fo Top Coat for a long-lasting finish
