Shipping information

To receive your Christian Louboutin products on-time for Christmas Eve, we invite you to place your order no later than Thursday, December 11^th, 2025, by 2 pm (GMT +1), with UPS STANDARD.

With UPS EXPRESS SAVER, orders can be placed until Tuesday, December 16^th, 2025, by 2 pm (GMT+1).

Please note that our Customer Service will be closed on Wednesday 31^st of December 2025 and Thursday 1^st of January 2026 and reopen on Thursday 2^ndof January 2026.

Our shipping facilities will be closed on Friday 26^thof December. Shipments will start again on Monday 29^th of December 2025.

Holidays extended return policy

We are pleased to extend our cancellation period until January 5^th 2025, included for all orders placed from October 30^th, 2025.
